The route
The CM-1003 leaves Atienza southward and connects with La Bodera. The most photogenic road to enter (or leave) Atienza: after leaving the old town, the crag with the castle suddenly appears at a turn.
A short route suitable for both an extended walk (90 minutes at a calm pace) and road cycling (15-20 minutes on a road bike, 30 minutes on an MTB along parallel paths).
If walking, do it from La Bodera → Atienza: the entrance to the village with the castle dominating is one of the trip's moments.
